Shipping within Australia
• Orders over $200 automatically receive free standard shipping
• Orders under $200 have the option of standard tracked post $10 or express $15
• Deliveries made within Australia will be processed within 1-2 days. Please allow 5 - 10 days within Australia for postage and up to 2-3 weeks for overseas orders depending on destination (see Australia Post website for more exact estimate for your location).
• We send orders from WA, Perth using Australia Post, and will send you a tracking number to your email once your order has been packed.
Please ensure that correct address details are given to ensure that the parcel will reach you. We are not liable for missing parcels in case of wrong address details given by customer.
International Shipping
• Deliveries outside of Australia will incur a flat fee of $25
• Deliveries will be made using Australia Post International, please refer to AusPost website for estimated shipping times for your country.
Returns
• We accept returns on faulty items, however we do not refund returns on change of mind purchases. Store credit is offered and all garments returned on the expense of buyer.
• In case of a size/style change, buyer needs to provide a parcel bag for exchange item.
• There is no refund on SALE items but we offer size changes if required. In case of a size/style change, buyer needs to provide a parcel bag for exchange item.
